JOB LOCATION
Teleworking; open to students across Canada. This staffing process will be used to staff student positions in multiple OSFI offices. About the team
We are seeking interested CO-OP candidates with a background in IT testing, Finance or Business Administration and strong interpersonal skills to join our IT Support teams of dedicated and innovative professionals within the Financial Markets IT department. You will have the opportunity make key contributions that will be crucial in creating and updating critical financial, trading, and treasury management systems which support major financial institutions, central banks, and the citizens of Canada.
What you will do
As a CO-OP student your primary role will involve learning! You will assist one or more teams with tasks involving workload management, application delivery and support planning and potentially application testing and quality assurance. You will collaborate with Agile Scrum Teams to understand the implementation of features by questioning how those features will handle various scenarios, and work with other QA members to develop and execute tests.
More specifically you will:
- Learn the fundamentals of the treasury management system with supplied curriculum
- Shadow with various team members to advance your learning
- Assist SCRUM Masters to gain an understanding of workload management tasks and procedures
- Help organize and improve online reference material
- Develop user interface driven manual test cases and execute them
- Participate in delivery meetings
What you need to succeed

Remote work / Hybrid Work Model #LI-Remote
The Bank is conducting a trial of a hybrid working model which provides employees with the flexibility to telework for significant portions of each month. During the trial, employees will only be required to come onsite on those days when they are involved in activities that they or their leader feel are better conducted in person. Description:
Students are provided opportunities in several areas of clinical work including research, CBT structure for individual diagnoses, and clinical review. Interns work directly with supervisors, managers, and directors to learn about therapy, diagnoses, issues arising for underserved populations, and how to use CBT to improve the lives of our clients. Interns gain hands-on experience researching and documenting clinical diagnoses, learning in-depth psychoeducation and treatment tools. Interns may also participate in learnings and workshops related to therapist training and development.
- Researching and developing resources and worksheets for specific mental health diagnoses
- Collaborating in the development of content for new programs for specific population groups and/or specific mental health diagnoses
- Participating in various focus groups aimed at program improvement and/or development of new programs
- Participating in the development of clinical learning opportunities for the therapists
- All interns will complete the same intensive training iCBT therapists complete when they join the team, providing interns with a thorough and deep understanding of the process and the role of the therapist.
